100% satisfaction is our guarantee. Upon delivery we offer a full Three-Day Inspection/Return Privilege on all of our “Certified Previously Owned” watches. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment (less shipping charges) upon receipt of the watch in our office. Please Contact Us by the third business day after you receive the watch if for some reason you decide to return it. The watch must be in the same condition it was received. This has been our customer satisfaction guarantee for 50 years.
Never Worn / New Watches
A watch can only be sold as “Never Worn / New” one time! When our customers order a “Never Worn/New” watch they expect exactly that, a watch that has not been previously worn or used by someone else. Many retailers and online stores have very liberal return policies on “Never Worn/New” watches. Chances are, if you order a luxury watch from one of these stores you may receive a watch that you thought was “Never Worn/New” but may have been worn by someone else and then returned -- perhaps even dropped or damaged.
To ensure that our customers receive a true “Never Worn / New” watch, we do not accept returns on “Never Worn / New” watches.
Some products available from Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange are special order items and are not subject to standard return policies. These items include but are not limited to watch boxes, winders, accessories, straps, dials, bezels, etc. All returns are subject to management approval, a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned unopened, in new condition, with all original papers and packaging. No returns accepted after 14 days.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc. is pleased to offer fully insured shipping free of charge on all domestic orders up to $5000. Orders over $5000 shipping charges are calculated case by case based on value of the purchased products.
SPECIAL ORDER SHIPPING POLICY:
All watches labeled as Special Order will be shipped in 2-5 business days from order date. Because these are items specially ordered from our supplier to fulfill the order, there is a slight delay compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.
For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Your order will be inspected, securely packed, and shipped by UPS or Fedex. Orders can be shipped to your billing address.
All Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc. shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.
We are proud to offer shipping to over 60 countries around the world. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.
Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc. is obligated by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with taxable orders shipped to Texas State addresses.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Any customs charges, import/export duties, or other fees and taxes applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment on delivery. Some countries charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) fees, which are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery and which do not go to Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc.. In certain cases, customs officers may have the right to delay or deny the delivery of your package; we have no control over this, but we do reduce the likelihood of it happening by shipping with reliable international carriers like UPS and FedEx.
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Apple Pay . For a discounted price we accept wire transfers, money orders, cashiers checks. Orders over $8000 must be paid by bank wire transfer. Cashier's checks are accepted for orders up to $6,000. Orders up to $8,000 may be paid using a credit card, however due to the risks involved in selling high-value items online, we reserve the right to refuse to accept a credit card for payment even if an order is under the $8,000 limit and we may request supplemental information to verify identity. For orders under $1,000 wire/money order/cashier's check is not offered as a payment method. These policies are for US orders only. Please review our International policies if you wish to purchase from outside the US.
Bank wire transfer is the only method of payment we accept for International Orders. We cannot accept debit, credit card, or Paypal for International Orders. Please be aware this also applies if we ship to a Freight Forwarder or to a Hotel in the U.S. While we do not accept debit or credit cards for international orders, you can use these methods to purchase from us through Chrono24, however, they add a transaction fee for their service.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

(“Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc.”, “WE”, OR “US”) IS SUBJECT TO A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY, THEN THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE GOVERNED BY SUCH THIRD PARTY WARRANTY (TO THE EXTENT SUCH THIRD PARTY WARRANTY IS ASSIGNABLE BY US TO YOU) AND WILL NOT BE GOVERNED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IF THE MERCHANDISE YOU PURCHASE FROM US IS NOT SUBJECT TO A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY, Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc. WARRANTS THAT DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD (DEFINED BELOW), THE MERCHANDISE THAT YOU PURCHASED FROM US WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP.
WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE MERCHANDISE (INCLUDING THE PARTS THEREIN) AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
WHO MAY USE THIS WARRANTY?
Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc. extends this limited warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the merchandise (“you”) from Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc.. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the merchandise.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the merchandise for the Warranty Period as defined below.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the merchandise instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
Your watch is guaranteed for one year from date of service by SWADE (Swiss Watch & Diamond Exchange, Inc.) and covers all work and parts provided by SWADE. This warranty covers any supplied part found to be defective by our Service Center, as a result of manufacturing defect and will be repaired or replaced at no charge, at the sole discretion of SWADE Service Center. Defects arising from damage, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (knocks, crushing, moisture in the case if non-water resistant models), alteration or repairs not performed by SWADE. Leather straps are excluded from warranty. Normal wear and tear of base metal or surface coated watches.
WHAT ARE YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
With respect to any defective merchandise during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion repair or replace such merchandise (or the defective part) free of charge. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement merchandise to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective merchandise.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
